Return Eligibility
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Due to the limited and drop-based nature of Mirrors collections, we do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are issued as Store Credit only, which can be used on any future purchase.

Store credit will be processed once the returned item has been received and passed our quality inspection.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Mirrors reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
